A beautiful, yet durable lead from Dogs & horses. This leather slip lead is constructed with a 6mm pre-stretched polyester cord, around which is wrapped, glued and stitched the soft Italian leather. Rolled leather doesn't just look beautiful but is good for your dog too, helping to protect their coat and prevent knots.
The inner rope is designed for sheet and halyard use by yachtsmen – which means it won’t rot if it gets wet, and has excellent strength and durability.
It is roughly 10mm thick. The length of the lead on an average size Labrador for example, is about 80cm length from the nape of the neck to the handle.
