Orders for Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only) must be placed before 10am.

Please note: personalised items can take up to 20 working days to be made before and bespoke orders can take up to 12 weeks, they are then despatched on a next day or 3-5 working day service

Unfortunately we do not refund the cost of postage, unless the refund is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

We endeavour to process returns as soon as possible, it can take up to 7 days when we are very busy.

Like all returns, we do not cover the cost of postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. Orders paid for using PayPal can claim back the postage cost of returns or exchanges directly from PayPal.

Length: measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail to find length.

Chest: measure the widest part around your dog's chest behind the front legs.

Neck: measure around the neck, where a collar would normally sit.

You can wash your crate bedding by popping the crate cover/cushion cover/crate bumper cover into the washing machine at 20º on a gentle cycle. The inner waterproof cover is wipe cleanable.

Wash your bed on a 20º gentle machine wash to maintain colour. Our fabric is super fast drying and often will come out of the spin almost dry! It’ll just need a bit of airing, a good shake and it will be ready to be used again.
