How do I check my PawPoints?
Simply sign into your account and head to the paw points area to find out how many paw points you have and which tier you are in.
Is Priority Paws Free To Join?
Yes our Paw Points loyalty scheme is free to join, you’ll automatically be entered into our qualifier tier where you’ll be able to earn paw points and get birthday rewards for your pup. Entry in to Champion and Best In Show Tiers is based on your annual spend, the more you spend the higher you climb!
How Do I Spend My PawPoints?
When you have 1000 paw points you’ll be able to convert them into a voucher to redeem at check out when you place your next order
When Will My PawPoints Expire?
You have a year to redeem your paw points, you can check your account history to see when they will expire.
How Quick Can I Use My PawPoints?
Your paw points will be added to your account 30 days after purchase once our returns period is over, until then they will appear as pending on your account. If you’d like to use them sooner contact our customer care team on +44 (0) 1790 720900 or email us on sales@lordsandlabradors.co.uk
After any refunds have happened paw points will be added to your account for your final order value.
It Looks Like I’ve Dropped A Tier, What Happened?
All tier rewards last 12 months, you’ll move up and down tiers based on your annual spend. You must maintain your yearly spend with us to stay in your tier.
Can I Transfer My PawPoints To Another Account?
No, all PawPoints are allocated to the account which made the purchase and cannot be transferred.
